Protection of personal data under the GDPR Singularis SL, in application of current regulations on the protection of personal data, informs that the personal data collected through the forms on the Website: www.eventsimplygreen.com, are included in the specific automated files of users of the services of Singularis SL.

The purpose of the automated collection and processing of personal data is to maintain the commercial relationship and to carry out information, training, advice and other activities of Singularis SL. This data will only be transferred to those entities that are necessary for the sole purpose of fulfilling the purpose set out above.

LSSI compliant data retention Singularis SL informs that, as a data hosting service provider and by virtue of the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the information essential to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time at which the provision of the service began. The retention of this data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used in the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security, being made available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that requires them.

Intellectual property rights Singularis SL is the owner of all copyright, intellectual and industrial property, know-how and any other rights related to the contents of the www.eventsimplygreen.com website and the services offered therein, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and the related information. The reproduction, publication and/or non-strictly private use of the contents, in whole or in part, of the www.eventsimplygreen.com website is not permitted without prior written consent.

Software Intellectual Property The user must respect the third-party programs made available by Singularis SL, even if they are free and/or publicly available. Singularis SL has the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights of the software. The user does not acquire any rights or licences for the contracted service, over the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor over the technical information for monitoring the service, with the exception of the rights and licences necessary for the fulfilment of the contracted services and only for the duration of the same.

Intellectual property of hosted content The use contrary to intellectual property legislation of the services provided by Singularis SL is prohibited and, in particular:

  • Use that is contrary to Spanish law or that infringes the rights of third parties.
  • The publication or transmission of any content that, in the opinion of Singularis SL, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic or defamatory.
  • Cracks, serial numbers of programs or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • The collection and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent or in contravention of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
  • The use of the domain's mail server and email addresses for sending spam bulk mail.

The user is fully responsible for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hypertext links, claims by third parties and legal actions with regard to intellectual property, third party rights and protection of minors. The user will indemnify Singularis SL for the expenses generated by the imputation of Singularis SL in any cause whose responsibility was attributable to the user.

Protection of Hosted Information Singularis SL makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers, however it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total replacement of the data deleted by the users, since the aforementioned data could have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time elapsed since the last backup. The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the replacement of the contents preserved in the backup copies made by Singularis SL, when this loss is attributable to the user.

Commercial communications In application of the LSSI. Singularis SL will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent means of electronic communication that have not been previously requested or expressly authorised by the recipients of the same. In the case of users with whom there is a previous contractual relationship, Singularis SL is authorised to send commercial communications referring to products or services of Singularis SL that are similar to those that were initially contracted with the client.
